Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Photos or videos may be required for verification.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected.
  • Approved refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Khizma.

Exchange Policy

Non-Returnable Items
